I remember I pondered for a long time whether or not I wanted to take the leap and publish a podcast or not. I was already listening to several, and it wasn't so much that I worried about getting an audience, because I would have been content with an audience of 20. But I didn't know if I had it in myself to commit to that amount of work every week, given that I have a day job and a home business as well.
But it gets a whole lot easier after you've recorded a few episodes, that's for sure! Like anything worthwhile, there's a learning curve. It sounds like you really invested in yourself to get off to a good start :D
